Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Bath Installer to join a national network focused on high-quality home renovations. The role offers a base hourly pay of $38.50, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

As part of the Renuity family, the installer will work with an expert team across multiple states to deliver seamless installations, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Bath remodels or acrylic installs experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures

Key Qualifications
