Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Bath Install Lead to join our expanding network of home renovation professionals. You will install remodeling products to Mad City's standards and coordinate finish work with homeowners.

The role offers a base hourly pay of $32.50, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Candidates with 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry and a valid driver's license are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
