Job summary

Avantara Arrowhead in Rapid City is seeking a FULL-TIME CNA Bath Aide to provide resident-centered care, including showers and baths according to the residents' schedules and routines.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, monitor condition changes, maintain a safe environment, and document care to uphold high standards of resident well-being. Active South Dakota CNA certification required.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota C.N.A. certificate or completion of a SD-accredited CNA training course.
• Active C.N.A. certification required.
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide showers and baths per resident schedule and routine.
• Perform activities of daily living and monitor changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe environment and document care accurately.

As a Bath Aide C.N.A. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. You will be the point person for provided showers and baths for the residents per their preferred schedule and routine. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
