Horizons Care Center, part of Volunteers of America National Services, is seeking a Bath Aid/CNA to join our Delta, CO campus. This role supports residents with daily care, bathing, grooming, and mobility, following established nursing procedures and regulations.

The ideal candidate is a CO-certified CNA with a high school diploma and interest in long-term care. We offer competitive pay, a strong team, and opportunities for growth in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on previous work experience!

Schedules: DAYS 4 10-hours shifts per week. No weekends!

What You Bring (Requirements)

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of CO.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

The primary role of the Bath Aid/CNA is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures and, in a manner, compliant with all state and federal regulations as well as with any applicable facility policies and procedures.

• Assists residents with personal cares, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bed mobility, toileting and eating. Documents ADL’S appropriately.
