ManpowerGroup in Shawnee, KS seeks a Manufacturing Batchmaker to support production processes with a safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail. The role involves weighing materials, recording weights and lot numbers, and assisting in multiple batch processes to ensure quality outcomes.

Two or more years in manufacturing/production are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate iPads/scanners for data entry in a non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing/production required.
• Ability to tolerate non-climate controlled environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders to retrieve materials.
• Vision to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Weigh quantities of finished goods and raw materials for special production processes.
• Perform pre-mill paste, resin solutions, small batch blends and finish offs across batch processes.
• Determine materials to weigh and adjust portions to required weight.
• Record weights and lot numbers; follow process instructions and QC checks.
