Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to understand procedures and complete tasks.
• Knowledge of batch mixing and raw materials handling; ability to weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Must be team oriented and able to collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
• Time management to maintain accurate batch records and meet schedules.
• Certification and proficiency in operating material handling equipment including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Process batch requests from Lead Batchmaker and Supervisor.
• Pre-stage raw materials and confirm stock levels.
• Weigh and measure raw materials and ingredients as per SOP.
• Operate mixers and related equipment following batch sheets and product specs.
• Coordinate sample requests with QC Lab for testing and batch approvals.
• Move materials using forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and company standards.
• Identify and report unsafe practices to management.
• Complete daily tasks to meet production schedules.
