Express Employment – Brookfield in Brookfield, IL is hiring Batchmakers for Broadview, IL to join a food manufacturing team. You will mix ingredients, read batch tickets, and ensure safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires lifting 20–50 lbs, working around machinery, and maintaining accurate production records in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and benefits are provided through Express Associate.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or industrial mixing.
• Ability to read batch tickets and follow production instructions.
• Capable of lifting 20–50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of the mixing operation, including measuring and preparing ingredients.
• Read and interpret batch tickets to ensure accurate production.
• Adjust water and yeast levels based on temperature and humidity.
• Operate mixers, conveyors, and robotic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete batch tickets for lot tracking and product traceability.
• Monitor dough quality and make process adjustments as needed.
• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment as required.
• Assist with training new Batchmakers on procedures and best practices.
• Support other production areas as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
