Qualifications

• Accurately weigh and measure liquid and dry ingredients.
• Follow GMP and food safety procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read batch sheets, recipes, and schedules to prepare batches per specifications.
• Weigh and measure ingredients using appropriate tools and methods.
• Add raw materials into mixing tanks in defined sequence and quantities.
• Monitor times, temperatures, and ratios for product consistency and quality.
• Record batch information clearly for traceability.
• Conduct quality checks and report deviations.
• Transfer finished batches to filling lines safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production areas.
• Communicate equipment issues, material shortages, or concerns promptly.
