Mars is hiring a Batching Operator to oversee the total operation of batch production, from receiving raw materials to ensuring product quality and safety. The role includes quality checks, system logs, and proactive maintenance.

You will train other processing staff, manage schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills needed.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching systems and ensure accurate batch production.
• Perform quality checks and maintain conformance reports and logs.
• Triage and troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance.
• Train other processing associates and support safety programs.
• Coordinate with scheduling to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote product integrity.
