Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America’s Green Bay facility is seeking a filler operator to safely package products in cups, pouches, bags, or bottles. You will load packaging materials, verify supplies, set speeds, and monitor seals to meet quality standards while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 1+ year in manufacturing or machine operation, High School Diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to work nights on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.
• Ability to operate filler equipment and basic controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filler equipment to package products.
• Load packaging materials and verify correct supplies.
• Set machine speeds and adjust timing to meet specs.
• Monitor weights, seals, and packaging integrity.
• Perform quality checks and collect samples.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate production documentation and handoffs.
• Assist with changeovers and sanitation tasks.
