Job summary

Jobr.pro is seeking an Inventory Allocation & Batching Associate to manage inventory and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include creating pick batches and ensuring timely shipments while cooperating with warehouse leadership.

The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, specifically Extensiv. Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping support.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (Extensiv preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate inventory and create pick jobs to support order fulfillment.
• Create and release pick batches in Extensiv by workstream.
• Monitor batch progress and rebalance workload to prevent bottlenecks.
