Job summary

DecoArt, LLC. seeks a Batcher/Pour Up in our Dispersion Department to support batch production, prepare materials, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently. The position includes operating a sit-down forklift, weighing and preparing raw materials, and assisting with batching processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Steady, consistent work history with reliability and flexibility.
• 3+ years of sit-down forklift experience preferred, including operation in tight spaces.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills for weighing and measuring materials.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and maintain production pace.
• Follow established production and safety procedures.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and stand up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished batches.
• Stage, weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials.
• Assist with pouring, mixing, and handling materials during batching.
• Move and organize materials to keep production on schedule.
• Operate manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow safety regulations.
