Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Batch Maker in Wisconsin to mix and produce paint and related products by operating and tending machines, following batch work instructions.

You will prepare tanks, monitor dispersers, adjust batches under QC, and help with housekeeping and safety. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of production experience, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of production experience.
• Able to read batch tickets and prepare labels.
• Able to operate high-speed dispersers and other equipment.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and read scales/flow meters.
• Experienced forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Stage and charge raw materials into process flow tanks per instructions.
• Prepare disperser and letdown tank for production and clean up as needed.
• Monitor high-speed disperser, mixer, pumps, and meters to ensure batch accuracy.
• Adjust batches under QC guidance until approved.
• Obtain batch tickets and determine raw materials needed.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping; participate in cycle counts and inventory.
