Job summary

Stonhard seeks a Production Batch Maker to stage and prepare raw materials, maintain clean and orderly batch and packaging areas, and support line operations. You will communicate material shortages to supervision and help with line training during downtime. PPE and safety compliance are required daily.

Minimum 2 years in production, including at least 1 year as a batch maker, plus high school or GED. Ability to lift 25–70 lbs and operate a scanner is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years related production experience, with 1 year as a batch maker.
• Familiarity with batch making and packaging processes.
• Ability to lift 25–70 lbs and wear PPE as required.
• Basic computer operations and scanner use.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare all raw materials for production batches.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in batch making and packaging areas.
• Notify supervision about low material levels and equipment issues.
• Operate packaging equipment efficiently and conduct line training as needed.
• Assist in hazardous waste handling under supervision.
