Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare all raw materials for production batches
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making and packaging areas
• Communicates low levels of raw material to supervisory staff
• Develops knowledge of batch making and packaging processes
• Maintains good working relationship with Quality Control
• Capable of logical structuring of batch making process and efficient switchover
• Reports spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents and material shortages
• Makes batches and operates packaging equipment; basic scanner/computer operations
• Downtime: transfer to line assigned for training or operation
• Assist in hazardous waste handling under management guidance
