Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year fabrication shop or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to read measurements and geometry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, drawings, and keep up with job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-conforming products.
• Inventory and order aggregates, sand, cement, and additives.
• Set up the mixes for daily production.
• Operate batch equipment to produce required quantities and minimize waste.
• Complete operating logs accurately.
• Work in a Safe and Timely manner.
• Keep batch areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Gravity Feed operator when necessary.
• Perform preventative maintenance and lubricate machinery.
