Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Plant Operator to support safe, efficient production at our Ithaca-area facility. You will operate and monitor plant equipment, perform inspections, adjust controls, and assist with basic maintenance and continuous improvement.

This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship, the ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced setting, and solid problem-solving and communication skills.
