Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a plant operator to run batch plant equipment and produce concrete and related materials. You will monitor production processes, adjust parameters for quality and efficiency, and keep precise production and inventory records.

You will also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations while working with a team in a dynamic production environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $23.00 to $28.0 per hour
