Job summary

Croda is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler at Atlas Point to thoroughly plan and prepare maintenance work orders in the Batch Plant. You will ensure craftsmen are ready before execution by detailing scope, parts, and timing, and by coordinating with operations to fit scheduling constraints.

Requirements include prior maintenance planning experience in an industrial setting, knowledge of lockout/tagout and confined space, and strong Excel/SAP PM skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance planner in an industrial or chemical plant.
• Familiar with lockout/tagout, confined space, scaffolding, and contractor management.
• Strong written communication skills for clear work-order documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP PM task handling.
• Ability to coordinate across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Walk down notifications to assess scope, hazards, and execution requirements.
• Plan parts, durations, and resources; write complete SAP PM work orders.
• Coordinate with operations to identify scheduling windows and constraints.
• Identify and procure non-storeroom items and required materials.
• Update preventive maintenance plans and instructions for recurring tasks.
