• Must be able to operate on-site concrete batch plant.
• Ability to receive written or oral instructions and work with field/office personnel.

Responsibilities

• Operate on-site concrete batch plant.
• Coordinate with placing foreman and quality control to determine testing and production batches, start times and placing requirements.
• Batch concrete loads with moisture/material adjustments.
• Oversee mixing process to ensure correct proportions of cement, aggregates, water and admixture.
• Monitor inventory control of materials.
• Print tickets for trucks and loads.
• Maintain 100% integrity and professionalism on the job.
• Be available to work day and night shifts.
