Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow written formulas and production instructions.
• Basic math skills including measurements, weights, and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to formulas and specifications.
• Operate industrial mixing equipment, batch vessels, and automated dispensing machinery.
• Enter and verify formula information to ensure accurate batch production.
• Handle chemical materials safely following safety procedures.
• Label, package, and stage finished products for quality control and shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and general production tasks.
• Learn forklift operations and assist with equipment maintenance as needed.
