PurposeBuilt Brands Inc. is seeking a Batch Operator Lead to guide a team in blending powders and liquids in the Batch Room. The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and proper PPE, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

You will follow batch sheet instructions, manage inventory transactions, and mentor Batch Operators. The position demands attention to detail and a proactive, learning mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Manchester, TN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, leadership experience a plus.
• Extended periods of standing.
• Frequently lifts and moves items weighing up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in blending liquids and powders according to batch work orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met throughout the tank farm area.
• Lead Batch Operators, ensuring they are working safely with chemicals.
• Pulling and organizing materials necessary to produce finished goods batches.
• Training/developing Batch Operators.
• Performing inventory transactions in SYSPRO to ensure chemicals are allocated properly and inventory is accurate.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials around the warehouse.
