RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking Batch Makers/Mixer Techs to mix chemicals, dry resins, and nitrocellulose for lacquers and sealers used in the furniture industry. You will tint colors to match QA Lab standards and ensure QC checks are met.

Responsibilities include weighing materials, tinting, QC handoffs, and keeping a clean work area. Full-time, in-person with background and drug testing required.

Qualifications

• 3 years manufacturing experience (preferred).
• 1 year mixing/batch making experience (preferred).
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Measure and weigh solvents and resins per formula.
• Tint colors to match QA Lab standards.
• Deliver products to QA Lab for QC and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area.
