Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Production Team Lead to guide daily manufacturing operations at our Fresno, TX chemical facility. You will lead a team of operators, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes TPM, continuous improvement, and cost control, with a DuPont 12-hour rotating schedule and close collaboration with Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a chemical field or related discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving operational performance.
• TPM and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Willingness to work a rotating DuPont schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators in a 12-hour rotating shift environment.
• Execute production plans to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost and service objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Promote a safe work environment and drive safety initiatives.
• Monitor quality control to meet specifications for materials and finished goods.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
• Identify and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities across shifts.
• Build relationships with Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies.
