Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Healthcare Application Support Analyst to support Medicaid/MMIS systems and related applications. You will work on analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with Medicaid/MMIS systems, especially eligibility workflows.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Database and SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
• 3+ years of experience in Linux/Unix environments including log review, batch processing and production support.

Your role in our mission

• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs.
• Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.
• Gathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs.
• Researches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision.
• Designs programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
• Writes specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.
• Assists in resolving production support problems.
• Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.
• Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
• Identifies issues as appropriate.
• Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
• Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
• Remains abreast of and researches industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of Experience working with Medicaid/MMIS Systems, particularly Eligibility processes and workflows.
• 3+ years of Experience working with Oracle Database and SQL expertise for Data Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Issue Resolution.
• 3+ years of Experience working with Linux/Unix Environments, including Log Review, Batch Processing, and Production Support.
• Ability to Troubleshoot Applications, Interfaces, and Data Flows while Supporting Testing and System Validation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams; healthcare or government program experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 - $83,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
