Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with supervisor communication.
• Vast knowledge of basketball and daily operations of a sports entity.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Professional image at all times in the workplace.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail in data and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, mail distribution, filing, distributing supplies, and generating daily reports.
• Escort guests, assist with travel arrangements, and support executive needs.
• Help with scouting department schedule planning and draft preparation.
• Maintain data integrity in scouting databases and daily updates.
• Support other departments as needed (Training, Player Relations, Coaching, Video).
• May operate a company vehicle to complete internship tasks.
• Assist with internal and external reporting procedures for the Basketball Operations Department.
• Develop strong communication with Basketball Division staff at all levels.
• Support game day duties and media relations tasks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
