Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. in Dundee, FL is seeking enthusiastic After-School Basketball Instructors to lead 1:00 PM–5:00 PM sessions for elementary students at Dundee Elementary. This part-time, on-site role follows a structured curriculum and requires no lesson planning.

You'll help kids build basketball skills, teamwork, and confidence in a fun, inclusive environment, with 15–25 students per group and opportunities for advancement within the program.

Qualifications

• Experience with basketball coaching is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Comfortable working with students in grades K-5.
• Reliable transportation to Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL.
• Must successfully complete Polk County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging basketball sessions for elementary students

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and dependable After-School Basketball Instructors to lead fun, engaging basketball programs for elementary-aged students at Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position
• Monday through Friday
• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• 1.5-hour sessions
• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
