Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Holds organizational meetings for team prospects and encourages participation.
• Assesses players’ skills and assigns team positions.
• Develops practice schedules and coordinates time for individual and team development.
• Works with Athletic Director to schedule facilities for practices and games.
• Coaches players on rules and techniques of the sport and monitors safety.
• Monitors academic performance to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
