• Collaborates to recruit and retain qualified student‑athletes with strong academics and character.
• Contributes to a positive, inclusive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship and accountability.
• Assists with travel coordination, equipment maintenance, and scheduling of practices and competitions.
• Supports NCAA, conference, and institutional rules compliance and program alignment with university goals.
