• Develops and executes training plans and competitive strategies.
• Identifies, evaluates, recruits, and retains qualified student-athletes.
• Promotes inclusive team culture and sportsmanship.
• Coordinates travel, equipment, and schedules for practices and competitions.
• Ensures compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and standards.
