Job summary

Team Housing Solutions seeks a Deputy Director for our base camp operations to support the Basecamp Director in overseeing daily camp activities and guest services. You will coordinate with vendors, manage staff schedules, and ensure safe, efficient operations across the camp environment.

You will work closely with the client and THS staff, maintaining inventory, overseeing maintenance, and supporting sustainability initiatives while delivering exceptional tenant service in a fast-paced, remote

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in campsite management, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to maintain records, documentation, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support Basecamp Director and drive daily camp operations.
• Maintain relationships with the client, onsite staff, and Team Housing Solutions for smooth communication.
• Keep an up-to-date inventory of camp assets and vendor supplies; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers to support project delivery and camp services.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and access control measures.
• Provide 24-hour emergency coverage and assist in crisis management and first aid procedures.
• Conduct periodic camp and tenant-space inspections to address maintenance issues.
• Contribute to eco-friendly practices and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide excellent tenant service and generate work orders as needed.
• Assist with THS expense reports, payroll, and accounts payable coordination.
