• Advanced knowledge and teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer off-season strength training.
• Supervise two lifting sessions per week.
• Record daily attendance.
• Teach technique and monitor workload.
• Report safety issues or equipment concerns.
• Correspond with recruits (email, letters, texts, calls).
• Model commitment to Christian character and Cornerstone's standards.
