THE EDGE SPORTS LLC Dba D-BAT Virginia Beach is hiring enthusiastic baseball and softball instructors to teach various aspects of the game. The role requires conducting lessons, developing training plans, and providing feedback to players of all ages. Ideal candidates will have collegiate playing or significant coaching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate young athletes. Flexible schedules and opportunities for personal growth are part of the position, which may require nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching baseball or softball is necessary.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Availability to work nights and/or weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Focus on techniques and strategies for skill improvement.
• Develop training plans tailored to individual player needs.
• Provide feedback to athletes and communicate with parents.
• Stay updated on coaching techniques and trends.
