Job summary

A baseball and softball training center in Virginia Beach is seeking enthusiastic softball instructors. Qualifications

• Previous experience in college playing or significant coaching experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group lessons for players of all ages.

• Develop customized training plans.
• Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve.
• Communicate with parents regarding players' training.
