Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. is seeking a Seating Bowl Host for Durham Bulls Athletic Park to monitor and usher an assigned seating section during home games and events, helping create an energetic ballpark experience.

You will assist guests with seating, directions, accessibility needs, and participate in in‑stand promotions while upholding safety procedures and guest service standards in dynamic stadium environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, positive, friendly approach to guest service.
• Able to remain professional and composed with large crowds.
• Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and usher guests within an assigned seating section.
• Help guests locate seats and provide directions throughout the ballpark.
• Wipe down seats and keep the seating area clean and presentable.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond to questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Encourage section participation and cheering during games.
• Assist with in-stand promotions and other fan engagement activities.
• Communicate guest concerns, safety issues, or unusual situations to a supervisor.
• Assist in evacuations or emergency situations by following established safety procedures.
• Assist fans with special needs, including wheelchair accessibility and other accommodations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Monitor and usher guests within an assigned seating section.
• Help guests locate their seats and provide directions throughout the ballpark.
• Wipe down seats and help keep the assigned section clean and presentable.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond to questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Encourage section participation and cheering during games.
• Assist with in-stand promotions and other fan engagement activities.
