Brand Athletics in Pleasant Grove, UT is offering a Baseball Performance Intern position. This hands-on internship works with our staff, including a seasoned strength and conditioning coordinator with extensive coaching experience. You will work directly with baseball athletes to help drive performance, including periodization, program design, and training methods.

Mentorship from coaches and access to our literature library are provided. Start ASAP, ~20–25 hours weekly, pay $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a career in coaching or S&C.
• Strong communication and planning skills; punctual and task-focused.
• Coachable, reliable, and invested in athlete development.
• Familiarity with baseball is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with baseball athletes to help drive performance.
• Assist with periodization models, program design, and training methods.
• Learn and apply injury mitigation and rehabilitation principles as appropriate.
• Receive mentorship from coaches and strength & conditioning staff.
