Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of all programming at a world-class facility
• Learn The Ripken Way from team members
• Create a fun, dynamic atmosphere for event participants and act as a positive role model
• Assist in coordinating operations of other programming for Diamond Nation
• Gain knowledge in management and coaching while supporting facility operations
• Run the scoreboard and relay messages to the Tournament Director
• Perform weekly facility maintenance and upkeep
• Provide extraordinary customer service and professionalism
• Collaborate with staff from various departments to understand operations
• Demonstrate initiative and uphold the Diamond Nation/Ripken brand values
• Communicate with coaches and parents to elevate the experience for young athletes
• Work with staff to achieve objectives and provide a memorable experience for participants
• Potentially be considered for other Ripken Baseball opportunities based on performance
