Job summary

Gondola in Cortland, NY is offering an Operations Intern – Prep Baseball Tournaments for the fall season. You will assist with day-to-day event operations, on-site support, and tournament logistics under supervision of our operations team.

As a Scouting Intern, you will help evaluate players, write reports, update profiles, capture video, and contribute social media content to showcase tournament highlights. This hands-on internship runs 9/1/26 through 10/31/26 and pays $200 per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends during tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day event operations, including logistics and team registration.
• Provide on-site support at tournament venues and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, staff, and volunteers to maintain high standards.
• Prepare tournament materials (schedules, rosters, scoreboards, team packets).
• Assist with managing brackets and game-day logistics.
• Support customer service by addressing participant and spectator inquiries.
• Help with setup and breakdown of facilities and post-event wrap-up.
