Troy University is seeking a Baseball Operations Assistant to support the NCAA Division I Baseball program with administrative, logistical, and operational tasks.

You will coordinate team travel, meals, and equipment logistics, assist with day-to-day office operations, and support the TRACKMAN program to aid coaching staff during player development and pre-game planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years of collegiate playing and/or coaching experience.

Job Summary

This baseball operations assistant position in athletics is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational support to the NCAA Division I Baseball program. This position serves as a coordinator for team travel, meals, equipment logistics, and day-to-day office management. Additionally, this position assists with the TRACKMAN program; providing feedback to assist coaching staff during player development; and assists with planning and preparation for all pre-game activities leading into a game.
