Job summary

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats seek a motivated Manager, Field Operations to lead the groundskeeping team at Delta Dental Stadium. You will oversee daily maintenance of the turf, infield skin, and greenspaces, coordinate field conversions, and guide seasonal agronomic practices with a focus on safety and preparedness for all events.

This role requires hands-on supervision, project planning, inventory control, and collaboration with coaches, facilities staff, and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of athletic field maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate turf-related equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily groundskeeping operations.
• Assist with field projects, including conversions and cultural practices.
• Train and mentor grounds staff for daily work and events.
