MASH Athletics in Savage, MN is seeking a full-time coach to join our growing player development staff. The role centers on baseball development with a strong emphasis on pitching instruction and serving as a national coach within the MASH Summer Program, while also assisting spring and fall teams.

You will build strong relationships with athletes and their networks, contribute to a culture of development and innovation, and help push the program forward as part of Minnesota's Top

Qualifications

• Experience coaching baseball and player development.
• Strong pitching instruction background.
• Ability to work with youth athletes and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall baseball development for players.
• Lead pitching instruction during off-season.
• Coach national team in MASH Summer Program.
• Support spring and fall teams.
• Build relationships with athletes and networks to sustain retention.
• Support long-term athlete development.
• Assist with other tasks to push MASH forward.
• Enhance daily culture for clients and staff.
• Conduct 1-on-1 development conversations with players and parents.
