ABOUT THE ROLE

MASH Baseball is seeking a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Part-Time Baseball Development Coach to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

As a Baseball Development Coach, you will work with athletes in individual, small-group, and team training settings, providing instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, catching, base running, and overall baseball development. You will help create a positive, competitive, and engaging training environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to improve.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, passionate teacher, and positive role model who understands that athlete development extends beyond technical skills. We are looking for coaches who can connect with athletes, foster a growth mindset, and help build the discipline, confidence, and work ethic necessary for long-term success.
