Qualifications
Successful completion of NJCAA certification exam preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification or ability to receive cert.
High school head varsity coaching and/or college coaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, organize, and administer all aspects of the program.
Identify, evaluate & recruit academically prepared students according to policies.
Provide mentoring and academic oversight of student athletes to ensure retention.
Instruct players on rules, regulations, strategies, and proper technique.
Determine and implement game strategies.

Knowledge of rules, regulations, and strategies
Ability to work effectively with players, administrators, parents, and the community
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
Education
Successful completion of NJCAA certification exam preferred
