Bethel University in McKenzie, Tennessee, is seeking an Assistant Baseball Coach/Pitching Coach for its baseball program. The Assistant Baseball Coach / Pitching Coach / JV Coach supports the Head Baseball Coach in developing a successful baseball program that promotes skill development, sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, academic accountability, and character growth among student‑athletes. This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the varsity and junior varsity baseball programs, with a primary emphasis on pitching development, player instruction, practice organization, and game preparation.
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Athletics.
Under the direct supervision of the Head Baseball Coach.
Works as needed.
