Qualifications

• Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations
• Mastery of the sport coached
• Ability to lead and develop student-athletes
• Willingness to fundraise and build relationships

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop student-athletes in baseball techniques and rules
• Organize and direct on-field practices and training sessions
• Recruit prospective student-athletes and coordinate visits
• Assist with administrative duties and program promotion
• Ensure compliance with NCAA recruiting rules and deadlines
• Assist with scheduling and budgeting
• Support academic progress and APR goals
