Qualifications

• 5+ years in Environmental/Industrial Services experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years safety/government compliance background.
• Knowledge of RCRA waste disposal regulations and handling.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Develop and audit procedures for safe, compliant service delivery.
• Coordinate with managers on schedules, resources, and client needs.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee waste management and regulatory compliance
• Ensure accurate daily documentation for billing and records.
