Job summary

Ambipar Response Texas is seeking a Base Operations Manager to oversee daily on‑site operations, dispatch, budgeting, safety compliance, and employee development in the Longview area. You will drive service quality and customer satisfaction across environmental and emergency response services.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and a proactive approach to regulatory compliance, with travel as needed to meet customer demands and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental and/or Industrial Services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and strive for zero accidents.
• Develop and audit operational procedures for safe, efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with Managers on schedules, resources, and priorities to meet customer needs.
• Address customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee waste management and environmental compliance with applicable regulations.
