Powderhorn Ski Patrol seeks a Base Medic to staff the First Aid Room and deliver care for guests and staff during daily operations in Mesa, Colorado. You will respond to injuries, provide medical evaluation, and assist ski patrollers during emergencies on the mountain.

The role requires CPR, Colorado EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic certification, and ACLS/PALS where available; physical ability to lift 60 pounds and endure high-altitude, outdoor conditions is needed.

Qualifications

• Current CPR card and Colorado EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic certification.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred or required.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and handle medical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Staff the first aid room 0900–1700 or as needed by Ski Patrol.
• Provide medical care, transport, and evaluation of injured guests and staff.
• Maintain a clean, professional FAR and confidentiality.
• Assist patrollers with on-mountain emergencies and line protection.
