ESCO, representing consumer package goods (CPG) and EURPAC STRATEGIC PARTNERS (ESP), focusing on the Adult Beverage industry, is seeking a part-time Base Manager in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Area Manager (AM) will determine the specific responsibilities for the Base Manager at each facility. Responsibilities may include:
SCOPE:
Managing exchange locations on a military base or bases in the United States as defined by the Area Manager.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete daily tasks at exchange locations, which may include:
Other tasks include managing facings, resets, auto-replenish issues, pricing, coupons, POG compliance, checking code dates, managing out-of-date items, communicating with the AM, selling promotions, building displays, placing POS materials, reporting stock issues, completing call reports, and other projects as assigned.
Demonstrations:
The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality, show excitement for the brand, demonstrate brand knowledge, work independently, manage their schedule, and be flexible with timings. Candidates must be 21 or older.
Working Conditions:
Pay rate is $14-$15 per hour for approximately 12 hours per week. Availability during store hours is required. Retail or grocery experience is helpful.
Access to a computer, printer, smartphone, and internet is necessary.
Note: Candidates not currently working for a competitor will be prioritized. Existing military base access is strongly preferred, as base access is granted by the military, not Eurpac.
