Overview

EURPAC Service Inc., focusing on consumer package goods (CPG) and the Adult Beverage industry, is seeking a part-time Base Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. This position is ideal for spouses, students, or retirees looking to make an impact. The pay range is $14.00/hr - $15.00/hr, for 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

1. Determine responsibilities based on facility and coordinate with Area Manager.
2. Complete daily tasks at Exchange locations, including sales, shelf management, inventory checks, and display building.
3. Conduct in-store demonstrations, engage with consumers, and promote brands professionally.
4. Build and install displays, manage product rotation, and ensure compliance with promotions and pricing.
5. Report issues, complete call reports, and handle other assigned projects.
6. Perform physical tasks such as building racks, working in cold environments, and participating in events.

Qualifications

• Engaging personality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability during store hours and flexibility for schedule needs.
• Must be 21 or older and have access to a computer, printer, and smartphone.
• Experience in grocery or retail is helpful; existing military base access is preferred.
